- All of the employees employed in the organization are responsible for the safe environment in the organization but it is headed by the safety officer, the management and the employer.
- Everyone is responsible for following the organization's safety policies and procedure such as simple as wearing safety glass, wearing personal protective equipment.
Why all of them are responsible for having a safe environment?
- Because if the employees will not follow the or violate the safety rules in the organization they are all at risk that could affect the business.
