Ultimately, there is no good or evil. There are actions, their consequences, and the society's perception. If our actions are for the benefit of others, then they are good. However, if they are harmful to any, they're bad.
An action can be considered as morally good if a person who is doing it have a good intention or motive. Suppose that a person is only doing something to harm other person or praise himself, then the action he is doing is considered morally bad. But sometimes, even if your intention to do something is good, it can still be morally bad if you're unaware that you can cause harm to other people. In conclusion, an action do not measure the person's intention or motive to be considered as a good or bad moral. An action can be considered as morally good if it can bring happiness and safety for a larger amount of people.
