Activity 3 Recently , we often watched the speech with the officials of our President Duterte for his action about the pandemic that we are experiencing right now. Look back to any speech of him then analyze and state the various factors that come into play when he addressing speech communication to his nation.

2.What are the strategies they do upon discussing the topic for us to easily understand the messages that they want to give?
3.Are we consider them as effective communicators?
There are two kinds of oral text-types, individual presentation and group interaction.
Always know the "why." Whenever you're communicating at work, you're wasting time and energy if you don't know the reason the communication is taking place.
An effective communicator is someone who conveys their message thoroughly and is receptive and responsive to others' input. Those who are strong communicators speak in a clear, direct manner, using easily understood language.
