Marvin wants to help his father in printing print reports and billing on their computer shops. He needs to master the steps/procedure in printing documents to minimized aslang for assistance from his father. Let us read and analyze the statements below and provide the appropriate answer.

Directions: Write TRUE if the statement is correct and FALSE if it is incorrect. Write your answer on the blank provided. 1. Make sure that your printer is not connected to your computer and turned on.
2. In Opening Start Button. Click the Windows logo in the upper-left corner of the screen
3. Open File Explorer. Click the Documents in the bottom-left side of the Start window
4. Select the document. Double-click the document that you want to print.
5. When the document is open, click the Home tab, and click Print.
6. Check the number of pages in your document by looking in the lower left of the Print Preview pane.
7. Scroll up or use the right arrow to see other pages.
8. To see two pages of your document side by side, higher the zoom using the zoom slider at the bottom right of the Print Preview pane.
9. In order to launch the print job you would click the large Print button at the top of the center section.
10. Close the document after printing.​
