As a member of our community, everyone knows that we have rights to share our opinion. For me, it's not okay. A community must be clean because there are residents living there. They have right to have a better and clean surroundings. Dumpsite must be place where there are no people living beside it. I would say to them that they must not put a dumpsite in our commnunity.
