1. You receive a call at the front desk from a guest. She is quite irritated. She claims

she has been unwell, and she doesn’t want to turn on the air conditioner. She

always shuts it off, but when the room is cleaned, the room attendant turns it

back on. The guest claims she left a note for the room attendant asking her to

turn off the air conditioning, but when she returned to her room, it was turned

back on.

2. A guest complains at the front desk. He said he contacted the other day to request

a change in the room because his cable was not working. It is said that it will be

fixed. But no one showed up, and the cable is still down.​
