And which is the worst or the most violated human rights that you can observe in this present generation

Sagot :

Answer:

Among the many, I personally think these two are the most violated human rights that i have observe in our society in the present generation.

1. The right to be free from prejudice on the basis of race, gender, national origin, color, age or sex.

Racism was at its peak in the 16th-19th century. But even until now, it still hasn't stopped. how could it stopped if prejudice and discrimination have already been embedded in our cultures? Up until now, majority of homosexuals are being harassed or bullied for being one. In Western countries, Asians have been the target of hate and prejudice. The world clearly needs to relearn the value of respect and love.

2. The right to a fair trial and due process of the law.

The constitution states that everyone has the right for fair trial and due process of the law. But in reality, this only applies to people who have money. Nowadays, the innocent gets jailed, while the culprits are exonerated and acquitted. Arguably, the poor will always be wrong, while the rich will  always be right. Justice is not free, it has a price!
