A. DRY PASTA
a. Place the noodles in a seatable plastic bag.
b. Remove the pasta from the packaging if it's container. from the box or non-airtight
c. Stamp the packages with "best used before or expiry date.
d. Seal the bag or screw the lid tightly. e. Store the pasta in a cool dry area that is not exposed to extreme temperature
B. COOKED PASTA
a. Place the pasta in a tight-sealed container.
b. Store in the refrigerator for three. five days.
c. Pour the noodles into a colander to drain.
d. Sprinkle 1 tsp salad oil over the noodles
e. Toss the pasta, so the noodles are evenly coated in the oil to prevent pasta from sticking together.
