Each of us has different challenges and those challenges test our strengths and weaknesses, they are more like a guide and they truly show who we really are and what we can do from our lives. They are like sparring partners, and we can only become better and stronger if we know how to approach challenges.
ACCEPTANCE- most people don’t accept challenges. Why? Some are spoiled, some think that life must be like a fairy tale, some are over-optimistic, but most are irrational and they don’t live in the reality. When the challenge comes, accept that challenge as an opportunity to become stronger, don’t avoid or panic, or do something ridiculous, just accept that challenge, and be ready for the battle. When you overcome that challenge you will be prepared for some bigger and more serious challenge, and this will make your life much better.
RESPONSIBILITY- this is your life, your journey, on that journey challenges are the part of the road, if you want to overcome those, take full responsibility and give your best. No one can live your life instead of you, that is your responsibility, don’t blame society, family, environment, you are in charge of yourself. If that is the case, prepare yourself for any challenge, be ready, and show from which material you are made.
REALITY- people don’t like challenges, they show them who they are, and sometimes the truth can be painful. You are not who you present you are, you are not your words but your deeds. And challenges are general tests of your personal qualities, you will be anchored to reality, and you will know what you will need to change, eliminate, accept.
FACING CHALLENGES- when you approaching any challenge just don’t be afraid, don’t panic, don’t be sad, just observe, face your challenge. You are a worthy opponent to any challenge. Be present, don’t daydreaming, overthinking, just observe, and find the weak point of that challenge. When you recognize it, take action, defeat that challenge, and move on to the next challenge.
