Most can’t afford it especially the ones in Rural areas. The Province suffers from the usual blackouts/brownouts so good luck with that. Internet is ridiculously slow and unreliable. The small town in the Province where I grew up doesn’t have telephone lines but they do have Converge now in the area. That place still suffers from the sudden power interruption in the middle of the night.
