1. The quickest way to get rid of nozzle bubbles is to fill the buret with titrant and open the valve. The pressure of the tittrant in full is often enough to force all bubbles out.
2.Draw up liquids with reverse technique.
3. Never weigh chemicals directly in contact with the pan. Use containers such as beakers, flasks and weighing bottles.
4. Disperse the liquid by forward technique.
5. Open the door slowly and allow steam to escape. Allow item to cool fo at least 10 minutes before fully opening the door.
