However, if we want to strive to be number one, we should focus on education. You cannot expect a society to function properly if the system that raises citizens is problematic. Reforming the education system leads to good citizens, good rulers, productive workers, innovative artists, etc. which will lead to a cultural renaissance, technological development, good governance, etc.
