1-3. The breeze from the open window stirred the curtain, and the curious kitten turned
to watch. The curtains shifted, and the kitten crept closer and closer. The next time the
curtain shifted, the kitten batted at it with a tiny paw. Suddenly a tiny bird landed on
the windowsill and began to chirp. The kitten stopped and watched the bird. The kitten
was completely still. The bird fluttered its yellow wings, took a few steps on the
windowsill, and chirped again.
