Answer:
A typical mathematics system has the following four parts;
- Defined terms
- Axions or postulates
- Theorems
What I can Do
Create two statements that Illustrate or describe the four components of a mathematical system.
1. Undefined terms;
a.is a term that can't be defined so easily.
b. undefined is often used to refer to an expression which is not assigned an interpretation or a value.
2. Defined terms;
a. Can put a definition easily
b. a term that has some sort of a definition.
3. Axions or postulates
a. statements are "facts" that are accepted without proof
b. statements are so basic that we can't use true technical jargon to explain them.
4. Theorems
a.completely opposite of a postulate.
b.Theorems can be proven. We'll use different undefined and defined terms, as well as postulates to prove a certain statement. If a statement can be proven, then we have a theorem.
Hope this helps :)
