Answer and Explanation
When I write essays I usually don't do it the traditional way.
I like to start in point form. So in your case, why the moment was unforgettable, fine details about the moment, any circumstances surrounding the moment that will give intell into why this is meanful for you etc.
Generally everything you can think of that has to do with it.
Then you sort. You put them down in a logical order so they make sense.
Then you start. You have all your points from beginning to end and all you have to do is add in filler to help it be clear, concise and descriptive.
Also, when writing, the 'hamburger method' is your layout for the content. You have:
Top bun: this is your introduction.
Lettuce, tomato, meat, pickles, whatever: these are your juicy detail paragraphs.
Bottom bun: that's your conclusion.
