- Eat less sugar - Because you can have heart disease if you eat too much sugar. Your heart will be unhealthy as you think.
- Exercise everyday - This way, you can be stronger and your heart will be healthier because heart pumps blood to the body, it gives you strength. Exercise will make you stronger and it keeps the heart stronger to pump blood.
- Sleep early - You can gain more strength if you sleep early. Your heart will have a rest because, heart pumps blood 100,000 times in a DAY! So, heart should have a rest too. But, that doesn't mean it does not pump blood anymore. Sleep early so, you can gain much strength!
