Comparing and contrasting between the more traditional way and the progressive way of teaching.
The traditional way of teaching uses more manila paper, books and self reading. It's face to face and has more interacting with students. It is taken from the book to face-value.
The progressive way of teaching is the current one as most schools are dealing with a certain crisis. Now we have easier ways to get resources and research but it depends entirely on the internet. Since there is less due dates and more leniency, people procrastinate until the last day.
Both the traditional and the progressive have their own pros and cons and if I were to choose which I preferred I would say progressive on paper or in theory as in execution, not so much. Traditional is easier for teachers right now as it is what we're used to and it is hard to adapt and overcome with the fact many students don't have access to the Web.
