Nutritional issues
1. Micronutrient deficiency
- Micronutrient deficiency or nutritional deficiency is not adequate for one or more of the micronutrients needed for optimum plant or animal health. In humans and other animals, vitamin deficiency and mineral deficiencies are included, while in plants the term refers to deficiencies of essential trace minerals.
- Micronutrient deficiencies affect more than two billion people of all ages in both developed and industrial countries.They are the cause of some illnesses, worsen others and are known to have a huge impact on global health.
- Significant micronutrients include iodine, iron, zinc, calcium, selenium, fluorine and vitamins A, B6, B12, B1, B2, B3, B9 and C.
2. Overweight
- Overweight or obese means more body fat than is optimally acceptable. Overweight is particularly prevalent where food sources are abundant and lifestyles are sedentary.
- A healthy body needs a minimal volume of fat for the proper functioning of the hormonal, reproductive and immune systems, such as thermal insulation, shock absorption in vulnerable areas;and energy for potential use; however, the accumulation of too much storage fat can impair mobility, endurance, and the appearance of the body.
3. tooth decay
- Tooth decay, also known as dental caries or cavities, is a degradation of teeth due to bacterial acids.The cavities can be in a variety of different shades, from yellow to black. Signs can include discomfort and difficulties in feeding. Complications may include inflammation of the tissue surrounding the tooth, loss of teeth and infection or abscess.
- Preventing dental caries requires the daily brushing of teeth, a diet low in sugar and a minimal dose of fluoride.Cleaning the teeth twice a day and flossing between the teeth once a day is advised.
- Fluoride can be derived from water, salt or toothpaste, among other sources.
Explanation:
- I have encountered these issues because my body needs nutrients. I don't even like vegetables, and I like unhealthy and unhealthful food, that's why i'm having these nutritional problems.
