Yes, i am happy with my weight today. i dont have any plans about my weight because i am comfortable with it.

well, i achieved my goal by eating a balance diet..i just eat the right amount of rice,meat, and vegetables. I also drink a lot of water everyday to clean my urinary system. I jog every sunday,i also have an exercise schedule so that my body will be physically fit. thats how i achieved my goal. difficult at first but fulfilling in the end because u can get the weight that you've wanted.

*But also remember..even you are thin. or you are chubby. It doesn't make you less as a person:)
