An authentic dialouge has hindrances when one is speaking yet the other is not listening or disregards what the speakers says, when one is keeping his/her mask and does not take it off just to impress others, lack of feedback, when one is taking a hold of one's opinion, values, views and attitudes, too shy to ask a question or when one is introvert.
