This festival is celebrated in Lucban, Quezon in honor of the patron saint of farmers, St. Isidore. This festival showcases a street of houses which are adorned with fruits, vegetables, agricultural products, handicrafts and kiping (a rice-made decoration) which afterwards can be eaten grilled or fried.
Pahiyas Festival is a colorful feast celebrated every 15th of May by the people of Lucban, Quezon, in honor of the patron saint of farmers, St. Isidore the Laborer. It is the farmers' thanksgiving for a bountiful harvest.
