To be able to protect our community, we must first acknowledge that we are a part of it and that we have the responsibility to preserve its safety and contribute to its well-being. So, how do we do that?
- Build trust with one another. By getting to know and putting our trust in our neighbors and community members, we can easily weed out potential wrongdoers and handle them accordingly.
- Make way for diversity. Give everyone their voices and let them know they are being listened to.
- Care for the environment. Of course, you need to take care of the environment if you want your community to have a safe and healthy space to live in.
- Raise awareness of illegal acts and ways to stop them from occurring in your neighborhood.
- Advocate children and have them engage in activities against abuse, etc.
